North Portion of Monument Hill Road Safety Improvement Project Opens August 18
El Paso County Department of Public Works continues safety and drainage improvements along the southern portion of Monument Hill Road. Monument Hill Road from the south entrance of Palmer Ridge High School to and including the Deer Creek intersection will be open to traffic on Sunday, August 18.
