The Customer Service Division serves as the primary point of contact—and the public face—of the Department of Public Works. This team connects residents, businesses, and partner agencies with the services and information they need.

Customer Service staff manage incoming Citizen Requests for Service, ensuring concerns are logged, tracked, and routed to the appropriate teams. In addition, the division handles right-of-way permits, supports facility coordination, and operates 24/7 dispatch services to respond to urgent issues at any time, day or night.
